For your consideration, you are viewing a fixed-blade Knife, this is a 60s Vintage Outdoor Sportsman Fixed 4.92" Tempered Carbon Steel Blade Utility Knife, which comes with a used black leather belt hanger sheath. The blade has been marked with:-

#UTICA CUTLERY CO. The company has continuously manufactured pocket knives since 1910. In 1918, fixed-blade kitchen cutlery was added. During WWII, the company manufactured knives, bayonets and carbine parts and earned Utica™ the coveted Army-Navy E., as well as other awards. Their products developed far beyond kitchen cutlery, over the following decades. Now they’re an umbrella company with many other brand names, the most popular were Walco and KutMaster. Kutmaster is the branch that makes all their outdoor-related knives. This big company does a lot of overseas manufacturing and also deals around the world. despite this, the Company still to this day, has a decent choice of MADE IN THE USA products. CONDITION: This USA-manufactured fixed-blade knife is Vintage 60s, Pre-Owned and it is in Good Condition for its age and use. There is no damage to the black composite handle, it is fixed firmly to the tang, and the metal crossguard has no bends or dings, the blade has some scattered spot stain, with no pitting. The edge and the point are sharp. The sheath leather is supple, the back has a large scuff mark showing the brown leather underneath, and there is a hole in the bottom point of the sheath, the stitching, the studs and the strap are all firmly fixed and undamaged.
