For your consideration, you are viewing a fixed-blade Knife, this is a 50s PIC Hunting knife with a stacked leather handle and comes with a substitute new Tourbon leather sheath. (it does not have the original box or papers) which tops off the overall stylish look of this hunting utility knife. If you see the knife stamp PIC or P.I.C. then that was also a knife SOLD by Precise Instrument Company. Precise was a New York based company that sold a variety of goods, including knives. #PIC - PRECISE INSTRUMENT CO. (1954 - 1990) Precise was a NY-based company that sold a variety of goods, including knives, PIC knives were imported from both Germany and Japan. The company stopped its knife import business in the late 80s and early 90s. CONDITION: This German-manufactured knife is Vintage late 1950s to 1960s, it is used and it is in Good Condition for its age and use. The blade has an aged patina with some scattered stains, and the edge has no dings. The stacked leather handle grips are in good condition with no missing or damaged pieces but have some light surface scuff marks, the brass guard is tight. The aluminium pommel has a light indent mark and a couple of small scratch marks, the leather belt sheath is not the original, it is a new Tourbon Leather one, the leather is strong and supple and all the straps, studs and stitching are intact. # Please note: The Photographs form part of the description; Super-sized photos can show the finer details and conditions.- Photos do not show the actual size so please read the description page for the exact measurements.
